MET Vampire - War of Ages includes practical sections that highlight the “Nordic” styles of gaming and that delve into how to bring the Larp experience to one’s game through both in-person and online play, and will include suggestions and guidelines for Storytellers and players alike.
MET Vampire - War of Ages offers insight into the mysterious Ashirra, guidance for using the Sabbat as antagonists in Larp, a deep dive into the authority given by holding Sect Positions such as Prince or Baron, and more! While this book is intended primarily to support Mind’s Eye Theatre - Vampire: The Masquerade Larp chronicles, it is also a valuable asset to anyone interested in elevating their Vampire roleplaying experience in any kind of chronicle.
In a world where we are increasingly interconnected online but not always able to gather in-person, traditional Larp and online roleplaying are seeing a lot of overlap in their approaches to playing Vampire: The Masquerade, and we think that they have a lot to learn from one another! MET Vampire - War of Ages will include a case study on the highly successful Vampire: The Masquerade virtual game Seattle By Night as well as sections on how to run and manage a successful online roleplaying community, user friendly interfaces, user inclusion, staff presence and behavior, server safety, Storyteller cohesion, and adapting mechanics.
MET Vampire - War of Ages provides inspiration, guidance, and tools for developing immersive V5 games with a focus on setting and fiction. The book is written using various "in-game" voices and supplemented by “designer voice" sections that concretely lay out how to utilize the information and ideas presented. The book will also include amazing new art work from Kamila "Louve" Maślak (BNS Vampire: The Masquerade Volume 2 and BNS Changeling: The Dreaming), Krzysztof Bieniawski (Vampire: The Masquerade V5 Sabbat), Kera Now (BNS Vampire: The Masquerade Volume 2), Mars Howard (BNS Vampire: The Masquerade Volume 2), and introducing James Johnson!

Well put together. Not exactly what I was expecting, but it made for good reading.
I haven't had enough time to properly evaluate this particular book from a content perspective. But a good flip through it is wonderfully laid out and art filled. I am personally wish there were less drawing art for a LARP book and more beautiful photographic art, but there is a lot of great art of both types throughout this book. A quick run through of the headings and what this book has content wise looks like it covers a fair bit of what a LARP will need over the long term if you are able to keep a regular game going over the months and years. I still need to sit with it for a couple of weeks to absorb it all.
Great book to start with nordic larp. Contains everything a new player needs to play. Awesome, if you want to play a rules light LARP.
This book is so gorgeous and wonderful addition to my collection. Using the stuff in this book has really enhanced my games. I am so very happy.
It was very interesting to read about nordic larp not something that is very large here in the United States. The book was beautiful and put together well.
