You’ve received a mysterious invitation. You’re not sure how it was delivered, but you’ve found it all the same, left in a place that left no doubt you were its intended recipient. Having broken the seal and opened the envelope, it relayed an invitation for you to take high tea at the Biltmore Hotel, hosted by none other than the Queen of the Fae. 

You weren’t sure what to make of it at first. You live an ordinary life, and suspected this might be a joke. However, your curiosity has gotten the better of you, and you’ve decided to attend. Questions arise: what will you wear to the event? Who sent this? Who else will you meet there? And why does it feel as though you've been waiting for this moment your entire life?

What to expect:

Tea with the Fae Queen is a featured event for Darkness Emergent for appx. 20-30 people. Guests will experience the Biltmore’s famous tea service and take part in a single-session LARP hosted by the Queen of the Fae. The Queen will serve a selection of enchanted teas, and mingle with guests. Together, participants will enjoy flavorful roleplay and social games as they experience the hospitality and enchantment of the fae, and work to piece together the circumstances that brought them together.

Guests will portray an original human character for the event. This game uses Nordic rules, and character sheets are not necessary. This event is not connected to Darkness Emergent, and PCs from that game may not be portrayed.
