The Eternal Struggle has come to Atlanta! Patrons have conspired to make the city a new battleground. The Struggle between the Vampire factions of the Camarilla, Sabbat, and Anarchs explodes as they vie for the political future of the city. While more esoteric factions have found a terrifying truth: There is an Antediluvian Horror resting beneath the city.
 
The energies underneath have created a place of power that locals call "The Well," centered on downtown. The Elysian Watchers quickly jumped, claiming the Well and named it a neutral ground. They now, on the eve of an armistice, have called for a ball to be held at the Well. They expect a night of mirth and merriment before the bloodshed starts again, and will forcefully enforce the peace.
